HURAIAN: Nuclear Victims ditubuhkan pada 2008 dan berbasis di US. Sebuah band 3-pieces yang memainkan irama punk hardcore ala (later)Chaos UK atau Skeptic. Gabungan antara gaya UK dan sedikit US hardcore menghasilkan struktur lagu mereka. EP Attack ini mengumpulkan kembali semua lagu yang direkodkan sebelum ini sebanyak 8 lagu kedalam 1 CD.
